⚠ Important Notice for U.S. Customers:

Effective August 29, 2025, the De Minimis exemption for shipments from Japan will be suspended. As a result, all shipments—regardless of value—may be subject to U.S. import duties (minimum ~15%), along with additional fees such as handling charges.
To minimize inconvenience, we will temporarily ship orders via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which includes applicable import fees—so you won’t need to pay anything extra after checkout.

Therefore, for U.S. orders, a shipping fee of $5, $10, or $15 will be charged depending on the item size. We appreciate your understanding.

If the actual shipping cost at the time of label creation is lower than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded.

*For all other regions, we will continue to offer free shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders—regardless of the delivery destination or purchase amount.
All shipments include a tracking number, and we also provide free gift wrapping with every order.

Free shipping via Japan Post Small Packet. Estimated delivery time: 14–21 days, though it may take longer depending on the destination region.

Express shipping via EMS is available (an additional fee of approximately $10–$20 applies). Estimated delivery time: 3–7 days, though it may take longer depending on the destination. Please contact us if you would like to use this option.

Shipping Methods

The shipping method and gift wrapping style are determined by our shop.
As a general rule, customers cannot select these options.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (JST), excluding holidays.
Orders placed outside of business hours may experience a one-business-day delay in processing.

Please note: Shipping times may be affected in areas impacted by natural disasters or large-scale events.

Damage During Shipping

 

We take great care in our packaging to ensure that the outer box is free of dents or scratches before shipment.
However, once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, unforeseen issues during transit may occur.
Please understand that minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the product's function or usability are not considered damage.

Customs and Tax Policy

For customers in the United States, all import duties and related fees will be covered by us, the seller. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.

For customers in the EU, the UK, and Australia, VAT will be charged upon receipt of the item.
Please check with your country's customs authority for the applicable standard VAT rate. 

Additionally, for certain high-value items (over €150 in the EU or over £135 in the UK), customs duties may apply in addition to VAT. We kindly ask for your understanding.

For customers from other countries  

Please note that import duties, taxes, and other related fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office in advance to determine any potential additional costs before placing a bid or making a purchase.

These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier or when you receive the item. Please do not mistake them for additional shipping fees.

We do not declare items below their actual value or mark them as “gifts.” Such practices are prohibited by U.S. and international regulations."
