🐾 Tuxedo Maneki Neko Pendulum Wall Clock – Craft Yuuki

This charming tuxedo Maneki Neko ceramic pendulum wall clock features a plump, adorable face, softly rounded paws, and a gently wagging tail that moves with time.
Its calm expression and playful movement add warmth and character to any space.

The raised right paw symbolizes inviting wealth and financial good fortune, making this clock a meaningful accent for homes, shops, and offices.
Easy to hang with the hook on the back, it is perfect for everyday use or as a thoughtful gift.

🎨 About the Artist – Craft Yuuki

Craft Yuuki was founded in 1997 by ceramic artist Kiyotaka Yamazaki in Seto, Aichi Prefecture—one of Japan’s most historic pottery towns with over 1,000 years of ceramic tradition.
After training at a major Seto porcelain manufacturer, Yamazaki established his own studio and now creates every piece entirely by hand, from design and sculpting to finishing.

Each clock carries subtle variations that reflect the warmth and individuality of handmade craftsmanship.

🌿 “Real Kawaii” – Warmth with Character

Inspired by animals and birds, Yamazaki’s work is guided by his philosophy of “Real Kawaii”—a balance between lifelike realism and gentle cuteness.
Using traditional mold-making techniques (not slip casting), he preserves soft expressions and textures that give each piece its own personality.

Every Maneki Neko clock is more than a timepiece—it is a small ceramic sculpture designed to bring comfort and calm to daily life.

🍀 The Meaning of the Tuxedo (Hachiware) Maneki Neko

In Japan, the tuxedo (Hachiware) pattern—with its white marking on the forehead—resembles the character “八” (eight), a symbol of good luck, happiness, and prosperity.
Because the shape opens outward, it is believed to invite expanding fortune and positive energy.

Combined with the tradition of gifting clocks to celebrate new beginnings, this tuxedo Maneki Neko clock makes a meaningful gift for housewarmings, shop openings, or anyone wishing for lasting good fortune.
